Thomas J.  Williams Sr.
Thomas J. Williams Sr., 68, formerly of Middletown, entered into rest on Friday, March 17, 2017 at his home.
He was born in Mahanoy City, on February 21, 1949 and was the son of the late Arthur G. and Frances (Babinsky) Williams.
Thomas was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during the Vietnam War era.
Thomas loved sports, golfing and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
In addition to his parents, Thomas is preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara A. Stone and Frances H. Barb and two brothers, Arthur G. Williams Jr. and Joseph P. Williams.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Cynthia A. (Klinger) Williams of Carrollton GA; daughter, Paula L. Allen of Susquehanna Twp; son, Thomas J. Williams Jr. of Auburn; nine grandchildren; one great-grand daughter; two step-children; brother, Mark J. Williams and his wife Beverly of Middletown; sister, Becky A. Biter and her husband Keith of Middletown; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a memorial service for Thomas on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 12:30 PM at Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 East Main St. Middletown. There will be a visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday.
Inurnment will be at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
