Freddie L.  Stewart Jr.
Freddie L. Stewart Jr., 51, of Harrisburg entered into eternal rest suddenly on August 27, 2016 in Harrisburg.
He was born on May 15, 1965 in Hollandale MS and was the son of the Ellis Eiland and Patricia A. Stewart (Johnson).
He was an avid football fan and enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns. He also enjoyed antique cars.
Freddie was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandmother, Ruby Johnson-Mills, a cousin, Leon Golliday Jr. and an Uncle Archie Eiland Jr.
In addition to his parents, Freddie is survived by his five children, Edwin Baldwin (Nana) of Harrisburg, Rashaan Henderson of Lancaster, Junnesha Stewart of Harrisburg, Yonise Stewart of Harrisburg, and Daquan Harmon of Harrisburg; a grandson, Emilio Baldwin of Harrisburg; five sisters, Wanda Stewart-Cook (Charles) of Harrisburg and Michelle Eiland (Mike) of Harrisburg, Tammy Fry, Bessie Eiland and Emma Eiland; three brothers, Otis Eiland, Ellis Rankin (Mellissa) and Joseph Fry; a special friend, Kimmie Harmon; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A tribute to his life will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Goodwin Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Solomon Baxter officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service Friday at the church.
Burial will follow in the William Howard Day Cemetery, Steelton PA.
